At Arlo, we stand by the quality of our premium electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Arlo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Device
Carefully place the device and all original components into the original box to ensure protection during transit and prevent damage-related deductions.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
